Right of withdrawal – Can I return the product if I don't like it??
And, we comply with the distance selling law, under this law you have the right to within a period of 14 days without giving reasons to withdraw from the agreement (business users excluded, see our terms and conditions for more information).

During this period you can do with the product what is reasonably necessary to assess the product. You are allowed to try out the product as you would in a physical store. You can also remove the product from the packaging. However, there are products that cannot be returned to us. Being: vouchers, memory cards and printer toners with open packaging. For software on CDs and DVDs, the seal must not be broken.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier has taken possession of the product.
